On Friday, January 29th the Florida Yacht Broker's Association honored Ann Landry with the 2009 Charter Broker of the Year Award. Ann has been a charter broker since 1992 and is well-known in yachting for her dedication, integrity and professionalism.

With determination, Ann has earned admiration and respect from clients and colleagues alike, with flawless ethics, a refreshing sense of humility and an impressive history of success; she continues to serve the charter industry with vim and vigor.

In early 2008, Ann Landry joined Northrop and Johnson’s retail charter team. Her passion for yachting began during a Caribbean sailing vacation, following which she bought a 44-ft sailing yacht and sailed over 30,000 miles to the Virgin Islands where she was crew aboard leading charter yachts.

Since becoming a charter broker in 1992, Ann has experienced continued success in affiliation with several major firms. Ann is proud that her bookings now include second generation clients, such as honeymoon charters for the sons and daughters of her long-term clients.
