After the launching of the 58m (190ft) Netanya 8 in February 2007, CMN has developed a new range of motor yachts, the CMN Line 60 with three units in construction: Slipstream, Cloud 9 and Project 803. The Motor Yachts have been studied in cooperation with the designer Andrew Winch. The yachts can accommodate an owner’s party of up to twelve guests. 
Ginton Naval Architects in Holland has received an order for the design of a 40 metre Motor Yacht. The design concept is based on the succesful M/Y Metsuyan IV and she will also be built at CBI Navi, part of Fipa Group, in Italy. She has a steel hull, aluminium superstructure, 2 Caterpillar C32 engines, 850 hp each, ZF 4:1 gearboxes and Caterpillar C4.4 generators. 
The 36 metre motor yacht Eendracht is the first delivery of Oceanfast’s new range of semi-custom private vessels designed for owners seeking a high quality, well engineered and functional yacht at a price level that makes sense. Their new range will be rounded out with 48 metre and 60 metre variants. 
2008 continues to be a busy year for Yachting Partners International and Chairman Alex Braden. Hot on the heels of selling his company to the Barry Rogliano Salles Group (BRS) - one of the world’s leading shipbrokers – the company now announces the signing of one of the largest new construction deals in its 36-year history. 
Alex Braden of Yachting Partners International announced an exciting new project today at the Monaco Yacht Show; Windjammer. She is an 80m+ design by Gerard Dijkstra, with an interior by Andrew Winch Design. She will be built at the Royal Huisman yard in Vollenhove, Holland. Although her exact delivery is still unknown, she will be a 5 to 6 year project. 
Codecasa will launch two 65 metres yachts in year 2010: the first representing a novelty in its modern style; the second a confirmation of tradition and classic style. Ordered by an European client, who already owns a Codecasa 50, this newest 65 metres yacht, to be delivered in Summer 2010, will be characterized by classic and traditional lines. 
Incat Crowther has been commissioned to develop a new high speed catamaran motor yacht. The vessel will be capable of cruising at 25 knots and will have long range capabilities in excess of 3500nm. The stylish new catamaran will be 37.50m in length, and with a 10.30m beam will provide plenty of large open deck space. 
Whenever a superyacht is launched she is sure to make headlines, but particularly so if she has famous predecessors. Scheduled for launch in 2011, the 60.92m (200’) Excellence V is the fifth in the line of successful Excellence yachts. Built in collaboration with Jim Wallace of CNI Palm Beach, Excellence V is an evolution in design. 
Jongert has signed a new contract with a Dutch client to build a 41-metre motor yacht Freule. Combining classic lines with fast passage making, Freule will be the second yacht to be built based upon a proven 39-metre motor yacht design. Construction will start in 2008 and the yacht is scheduled for completion by mid-2010. 
The design for the RMK 45 was created in response to a design brief presented by an experienced European owner. He was impressed with Ron Holland’s design for the Marco Polo, yet wanted his personal requirements to be incorporated in a way that necessitated an overall review of the exterior lines and interior general arrangement plan.
